Get ready to sweat all your mama-frustrations out! This class is for those ready to add or build on to their current movement routine. Here we focus on maintaining core strength while challenging the body with bigger demands on cardio and heavier weights. This class is intense from the get-go! Just how many lunges can you do while holding your baby? We’ll find out! *Must be approved to resume intense physical activity* **Babes on the Move classes are specifically designed for babies who are starting to crawl, pulling to stand, and cruising. (Approximately 8 months- 13 months)**
