What to expect: Expect a combination of strength training, mindfulness, and cardio with continuous attention to alignment and core stability. Best advice is to come check out a class and see how it feels for you. **Baby & Me Classes are specifically designed for babies who are not yet crawling or walking. (Approximately 6 weeks- 8 months)**
