Service Description

Our ‘Baby & Me’ yoga class provides social connection, a gentle movement series for recovering bodies, and some excitement for the babes at the end! Expect some stretching and strengthening, with baby included in the fun. **Baby & Me Classes are specifically designed for babies who are not yet crawling or walking. (Approximately 6 weeks- 8 months)**
